Would you like to create the tools and systems to construct one of the largest and fastest growing networks on the planet?

Azure Networking is looking for creative, motivated engineers to develop new, cutting edge services to enable hyperscale growth. The WAN Engineering team is responsible for the Wide Area Network interconnecting over 100 datacenters, 150 edge sites, and millions of servers all over the world. We're passionate about building the most reliable cloud network using innovations in SDN, machine learning, and systems automation.

Our team is tackling two of the hardest problems in cloud networking - predicting what the network needs to look like in the future (auto-design) and automating the entire process to build that network at scale (auto-build). These are technically difficult and interesting computer science and software engineering challenges. You can help us solve these challenges.

Our team owns the entire software lifecycle from design through development, deployment, and operations. This is a high visibility position in an area of large and expanding investment for Microsoft Azure and offers a terrific opportunity for technical and career growth.
